Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and all returned ite,s must in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@luxurymailerbox.com identifying your order number, the items you wish to return and your reason for return.  Once this has been acknowledged by a member of the customer service team, please mail your return to the following address.

Unless you have received incorrect or damaged goods* you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost and/or delayed in transit that cannot be accounted for or tracked.  Please email any tracking and delivery information via email to returns@luxurymailerbox.com.   

*In the event that the goods you have incorrect or damaged goods as a result of our error, we will arrange a tracked courier collection at our expense.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be issued with 7-10 working days of the items being returned in satisfactory condition.  We will notify you by email when you return and refund has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

* Custom made boxes, including but not limited to;
- Custom colours
- Custom sizing
- Bespoke printing

* Used products, not in original packaging
